Leave our tow company A Review
This company saved me and my wife’s life. We had a rental van that had broken down on the Ohio Turnpike while returning to Illinois. We sat broken down on the shoulder for an hour and a half calling local 24/7 tow companies, none of which answered. This company answered right away and understood the severity of the situation. Within 15 minutes a flatbed was dispatched and we were being picked up. The flatbed driver Dylan looked out for our safety the entire time helping us into the tow truck. He quickly hooked our vehicle and loaded it. We then embarked on our journey to Chicago Illinois. Dylan was super outgoing, friendly, and a positive person to be around in a time like this. He made our trip home very enjoying. Lastly, you would think this trip would cost and arm and a leg but this company was extremely fair. Me and my family are so grateful to have stumbled across this service, especially the service provider, Dylan. You guys were awesome!
During a breakdown, Doug at Madison Motor Services was able to get us very competitive quotes for different towing options, and ultimately get us set up with a 300-mile tow on a flatbed truck within a few hours. The phone staff was friendly and communicated with us openly about timing and delays while we were waiting for a pickup from the local Tireman mechanic shop. Our driver, Jason, was professional, respectful, responsive, and easy to work with. His friendly demeanor, skill, and confidence turned a stressful and expensive rescue into a relatively relaxing and pleasant experience. Towing services are never cheap, but if you need help in their area, you should at least get a quote from Madison Motor Services to see if they are right for you. (They are also equipped for Semi truck rescues and towing, if that applies to you.)
Talk about a blessing. When my car ran out of gas on the way to the station, Brad and the tow driver, Jen, saved my life. Jen passed me on the highway and looped back around to help is out. She came with gas and a heart of gold.When we asked Brad how much we owed, jJen and Brad refused payment. This act of kindness brought me to tears. As a nurse working on the front lines, I noticed their acts of care. I’d highly recommend their services for all your vehicles needs. Thank you and God bless you!
Had a long drive from NY to MI, and broke down on the side of I-80. Madison Motors was dispatched and was originally quoted 30 minutes. They were on scene in less than 10 minutes. The service woman was super professional, got the job done quick and had me on my way in less than 5 minutes. Usually tow companies rip you off for a roadside repair or recovery, but the prices were beyond amazing and they even took credit card! Obviously wouldn’t recommend breaking down on the road, but if you do in this area definitely call these guys.
MADISON Motor were very quick to get me in and out of the shop. I had a bad joint on the driveshaft on my Semi Truck. Called them up . They said to come in . Within Hour and a half I was back on the road. Very polite and courteous. 5 star experience . Would definitely recommend to use them!
After being left high and dry by a different roadside assistance company, I contacted Madison later on a Friday evening and someone was out to assist me in less than 30 minutes. It was dark, cold and rainy. Got me situated and on my way quickly. Driver was professional and helpful.
